SPRINT, ONCE AGAIN! AND THE SAGA BEGINS

This is sprint performing thier duties! A sprint representative called me today and said this:


Dear Rhonda Youngblood:

Thank you for contacting Sprint. I do apologize for contacting you today
in regard to an e-mail that you did not send. I contacted you to inform
you that we received an e-mail requesting a payment arrangement for the
1st of April 2011 and also about a change of address. You informed me
that you never moved and that you also did not request a payment
arrangement. I do once again want to apologize for this inconvenience.

further assistance.
